On November 10, 2021 Anthem Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Personal Touch Holding Corp.’s indirect subsidiary, Integra MLTC, Inc.
Moses Singer represented the independent directors committee of Personal Touch Holding Corp. in connection with this transaction. This committee has been represented by Moses Singer since 2015, in an engagement initiated by corporate partner Jim Alterbaum.
The Moses Singer team was led by securities & capital markets practice group chair Allan Grauberd and litigation practice group co-chair Philippe Zimmerman.
