Howard Fischer was recently quoted in a recent SHRM article entitled "More Companies Relying on ESG Strategies". The article discusses the increased focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles and the expected growth in 2023 and the years to come, including the problems arising from movements opposed to ESG efforts.

"In several states, including, most notably, Texas, Florida and, recently, Kentucky, ambitious politicians have targeted so-called woke investing and practices," said Mr. Fischer.
