Howard A. Fischer was quoted in a recent July 14, 2022 Grid article on the recent legal issues surrounding Elon Musk recently, not only with Twitter.

Mr. Fischer said that while all companies have a lot of litigation, “in Musk’s case, it’s probably worse because he fosters an aura of noncompliance and disrespect for authority and for social norms.”
