Haley Clancy is an associate in Moses Singer’s Banking & Finance group, where she focuses her practice on transactional work. Haley represents agent banks and other syndicate members in secured syndicated credit facilities, as well as banks in bilateral loan and letter of credit facilities. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating letter of credit reimbursement agreements for committed and uncommitted, as well as secured and unsecured, letter of credit facilities. The borrowers have included U.S. and non-U.S. parties, such as investment funds, clearing corporations, and other entities.  The collateral has included unpaid capital commitments (subscription finance), securities, contract rights, and cash collateral that has required perfection both within and without the U.S.  The deals have ranged in size from millions to billions of dollars.

Haley received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as a Notes Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. Haley’s Note titled, Knowledge Is Power: The Federal Government Must Require Companies to Tell Menstruators the Ingredients in Period Products, was published in Volume 49.4 of the Hofstra Law Review. Prior to joining Moses Singer, she interned for the Honorable William J. Condon of the New York State Supreme Court.
