On October 4, 2022, BroadcastMed acquired Moses Singer’s long-term client Harborside Press, LLC.

The Moses Singer team was led by corporate partner Michelle Cox. The team also included Special Counsel Julian S. Millstein who initiated the Harborside relationship with the firm.

Tax partner Steve Lueker also played a key role in the transaction.
