Biography

As a Partner and Co-Chair of Moses Singer's Corporate Trust and Loan Agency practice, Andrew represents trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, custodians, paying agents, depositories, escrow agents and other service providers in connection with domestic and international finance transactions, including secured and unsecured debt facilities, Trust Indenture Act qualified and exempt bond issuances, project finance, private placements, reinsurance trusts, escrows and other complex financing.

Andrew provides clients with timely and trusted guidance through all stages of a transaction, from origination through satisfaction and discharge, as well as post-default administration and workouts and domestic and cross-border bankruptcies and restructurings.

Andrew is also a member of Moses Singer's Corporate practice group, where he advises clients across a broad range of industries in routine and extraordinary corporate matters and the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, start-up and early stage financings, shareholder and partnership agreements, joint ventures, executive and employee compensation, separations and severance agreements, and general business matters and commercial contracts.
