Biography

Savita Sivakumar is an associate in the Litigation practice at Moses Singer.  She has represented clients in complex business and intellectual property disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, trade secrets, data protection, copyright and trademark infringement, internet domain law, and digital accessibility.  She has argued in federal, state, and family courts, as well as before the TTAB, WIPO, and Forum proceedings. Savita also counsels clients on privacy, data retention, and product liability policies, providing practical guidance to help them navigate evolving legislation and business priorities.

She previously worked as an assistant Federal Public Defender in the Southern District of Florida. During law school Savita interned with federal court judges in both the Southern District of New York and the Northern District of Georgia.
