Moses Singer recently obtained a dismissal of claims for age and disability discrimination and retaliation on behalf of its client NYU Langone Medical Center. In its decision granting Defendant’s motion for summary judgment, a New York federal court found that the plaintiff was terminated for a legitimate, non-discriminatory business reason and dismissed the complaint in its entirety.
Kimberly Klein and Rebecca Zittell litigated the matter.
