Biography

Rebecca Zittell is an associate in Moses Singer’s Litigation practice group, Employment Litigation, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation and Employment & Severance Agreements practices, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment litigation matters.  Rebecca represents clients in matters involving business torts, contract disputes, real estate disputes, and employment disputes, including claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.  Her practice also includes counseling clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and reviewing and drafting employee handbooks and policies.

Rebecca received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was an editor on the Fordham Moot Court Board and was awarded Best Oralist at the 2016 William H. Mulligan Moot Court Competition.  Rebecca joined Moses Singer as an associate in 2018 after working as a summer associate with the firm in 2017.  Prior to joining Moses Singer, she interned for the Honorable Alberto Rivas of the New Jersey Superior Court.
