Biography

Rebecca Diamond is an associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property groups at Moses Singer.  She provides legal guidance on intellectual property issues including trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including cryptocurrency, technology, consumer goods, fashion, banking, sports, and entertainment. She counsels clients in the clearance, procurement, registration, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.

Rebecca’s complex commercial litigation experience includes representing clients in matters involving commercial torts and contract disputes.  Her practice also includes counseling clients, including advertising agencies and public relations firms, with clearance, compliance and the execution of campaigns.

Rebecca attended Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society’s ABA Mediation Team and an Associate Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. Rebecca interned for the Honorable Lisa A. Sokoloff, New York State Supreme Court.
