Moses Singer served as legal advisor to GUT’s founders and certain senior management in connection with the sale of Gut Agency to Globant. The team was led by Jeffrey M. Davis, Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate practice group, and also included Steve Lueker, Partner in the Firm’s Tax practice group, and Michelle Cox, Partner in the Corporate practice group.

Following the acquisition, GUT’s leadership team will remain in place with a continued focus on building culture and driving growth. This Fall, Adweek named GUT the Breakthrough Agency of the Year, as well as GUT Buenos Aires office as the International Agency of the Year.  Moses Singer will continue to advise Gut in advertising matters.
