On October 4, 2022, BroadcastMed acquired Moses Singer’s long-term client Harborside Press, LLC.

The Moses Singer team was led by corporate partner Michelle Cox, and associate Kirk Haynes assisted in all aspects of the transaction. The team also included Special Counsel Julian S. Millstein who initiated the Harborside relationship with the firm.

Tax partner Steve Lueker, Bankruptcy & Creditor's Rights partner Alan Gamza, Real Estate partner Nahum Palefski and associate Jean Patrick “JP” Raynal also played key roles in the transaction.
