Biography

Michelle (Min Kyung) Cho is an Associate in the Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes, with particular experience in representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies in M&A transactions. She also handles trade secret and competition matters, including unfair competition, non-compete enforcement, and employee mobility issues, as well as contract, business tort, and labor and employment disputes. 

Michelle represents clients in the financial services, real estate, construction, healthcare, and entertainment industries at all stages of litigation in court and arbitration.

Prior to joining Moses Singer, Michelle worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the General Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department.

Michelle received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and Secretary of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. While attending Fordham, Michelle completed internships with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Cathy L. Waldor of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
