Biography
Lawrence L. Ginsburg is a Partner in Moses Singer's Litigation and Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice groups. Mr. Ginsburg regularly represents financial institutions and international corporate entities. He has litigated creditor rights/insolvency, intellectual property, construction, entertainment and other corporate and commercial disputes.
Through Lawrence's representation of financial institutions and manufacturers, he has gained broad experience and recognition in the international diamond and jewelry industry. He recently represented the Official Committees of Unsecured Creditors in the M. Fabrikant & Sons, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.); Friedman's Inc. (Del); Whitehall Jewelers Inc. (Del); Ultra Stores, Inc. (S.D.N.Y) and Finlay Enterprises, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.) bankruptcy cases.
Prior to becoming engaged in private practice, Lawrence worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Bronx County from 1973 to 1975.
