Jessica R. Caterina is a partner in Moses Singer’s Litigation practice group. Jessica’s practice areas include Complex Commercial Litigation and White-Collar Defense (Civil).

Jessica is an experienced first-chair litigator and trial attorney. She has over a decade of experience representing corporations and high net-worth individuals in complex civil litigation in both state and federal court, arbitral forums, and in internal investigations. She is highly skilled in all phases of litigation, from pre-claim investigation through appeal. Jessica has vast experience managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing motions, delivering opening and closing statements at trial, and conducting direct and cross-examinations of fact witnesses. Jessica made the Best Lawyers in America "Ones to Watch"® list for Commercial Litigation in 2022 and 2021.

Prior to joining Moses Singer, Jessica gained experience in complex commercial litigation, products liability litigation, and white-collar matters. Jessica represented major pharmaceutical companies in defending against personal injury and Attorney General claims in state and federal courts. She also counseled companies in issues arising under the False Claims Act, including responding to government investigations.

From 2013-2014, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Theodore A. McKee, then-Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. 

While Jessica approaches her matters constructively, she is aggressive when appropriate and passionate about winning on her clients’ behalf.

Prior to law school, Jessica enjoyed a career as a recording artist based in Los Angeles.
