In this webinar, four panelists will discuss new legal and regulatory developments in a variety of areas related to climate change. These areas include litigation, climate-related financial disclosures, governance of geoengineering, intellectual property management, and others. The discussions will include material from the October issue of the SciTech Lawyer, analysis of results from COP26, and other recent developments.
