  • Represented the National Hockey League in successfully defeating class certification in antitrust cases relating to the league’s broadcast territories (Laumann case). 
  • Represented the National Hockey League in litigation relating to the bankruptcy of the Phoenix Coyotes and successfully defeating the owner's attempt to relocate the franchise over the League's objection. 
  • Represented the National Hockey League in successfully defending antitrust claims brought by Madison Square Garden relating to the league’s new media practices.
  • Represented the National Football League in a successful jury verdict and bench verdict in actions brought by the Oakland Raiders involving antitrust, contract and fiduciary duty claims.
  • Represented the Professional Cowboy Rodeo Association in successfully defeating a motion for preliminary injunction brought by a competing rodeo association.
  • Represented the National Basketball Association in obtaining dismissal of claims involving intellectual property rights relating to NBA players.
  • Represented the New Jersey Nets in prevailing in an arbitration relating to a high-profile player's permanent disability policy.
  • Represented the San Diego Chargers in litigation relating to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Defended the well-known performance company “Blue Man Group” and its owners from a $125 million music rights claim through jury trial and appeal, securing dismissal, limitation, and settlement of all remaining claims. 
  • Represented Rugby United New York and its owners in defense of litigations concerning player housing and a dispute with the team’s former owner.
