Chris Kim is an associate in Moses Singer’s Litigation Practice Group. Chris’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and regulatory enforcement cases. He represents individuals in criminal prosecutions, and SEC and FINRA investigations. Chris draws his trial experience from his service at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Chris presented dozens of cases to the grand jury, regularly conducted suppression hearings, and tried numerous cases to verdict. Chris also represents individuals and institutions in complex commercial and business disputes in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration.

Chris began his legal career serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel J. Yablonsky, J.S.C. in Passaic County in Paterson, New Jersey handling the Court’s “Children in Court” docket dealing with matters concerning allegations of child abuse and neglect. He has also worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the New York State Attorney General’s Office and as a Series 9/10 Supervisory Officer at an international financial institution.

During his free time, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family, fly fishing, playing tennis, snowboarding, gardening, and traveling.
