Dean focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate counseling. He has significant experience and expertise in representing clients in the media, marketing, advertising, entertainment and information technology industries. He is also active in structuring and negotiating executive employment and severance arrangements.
Dean has formed private investment funds (venture capital, private equity and hedge funds) and assisted the funds and its portfolio companies in follow-on acquisitions and investments. He frequently assists start-up, early stage and emerging growth companies in its formation, financing, strategic initiatives and general business counseling needs.
