Xiomara Damour is an associate in the litigation group at Moses Singer.  She helps a wide range of clients in complex litigation matters and in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters brought by the Department of Justice and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal and immigration matters.

Before joining Moses Singer, Xiomara practiced in the New York office of a large international law firm.  She received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.A., cum laude, from Binghamton University.
