Avi Skoff, Leader of the Moses Singer Trade Secrets, Noncompete & Unfair Competition Litigation practice, will Co-Chair the New York City Bar Association’s two-day Trade Secrets Symposium 2023, Monday and Tuesday December 11 - 12, 2023, between 9:00 am – 1:15 pm.

This program will examine key issues and developments in trade secret law and litigation. The symposium will include both the fundamentals of trade secret law and the laws governing the creation, identification, and protection of trade secrets – including the drafting of agreements governing trade secret use and remedies for misappropriation – as well as an in-depth analysis of specific areas of trade secrets litigation and recent federal and state scrutiny of restrictive covenant agreements. The panels will include esteemed, experienced lawyers from all over the country, examining both the plaintiff and defense-side of the law.
