The FTC issued a noncompete rule purporting to ban noncompetes nationally. If not vacated or stayed by a court, the rule and the noncompete ban will take effect on September 4, 2024. On August 7, 2024, Avi Skoff participated in a brainstorming session with over 55 of the country’s leading trade secret / restrictive covenant / employee mobility lawyers.
