Liz Corradino, a Moses Singer partner and IP/Entertainment/Technology Practice Group Chair, shares her career journey and leadership insights in a Law.com Q&A.

Liz joined the firm after a federal clerkship and an externship at Polygram Records that sparked her interest in the legal side of the entertainment industry. She became a versatile generalist in the areas of entertainment, IP and technology, working closely with colleagues and clients in a lean and supportive environment.

Liz believes that effective leadership requires the ability to engage and motivate others, to read the room, and to know when and how to push back. She is proud to be the chair of a focused and strong group as it continues to leverage its unique status as a full-service entertainment, IP and technology practice within a general practice firm, offering clients a seamless one-stop shop for their diverse legal needs and acting as trusted outside "in-house" counsel for smaller to mid-size clients.

Liz's advice to aspiring leaders is to master the art of connection - being approachable and easy to talk to will naturally open leadership opportunities.
