Howard Fischer joins Moses Singer as Partner in its New York City office. A Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission during the past decade, Fischer is a widely respected former prosecutor involved in numerous high profile cases, including those involving the “London Whale” and an investment advisor featured in “The Big Short”. He will be working in the law firm’s Securities & Financial Litigation, White Collar Defense and Internal Investigations practices.
