Paul Roder and Mike Avidon presented a CLE program on the “Uniform Commercial Code New Article 12 and Controllable Electronic Records” at the invitation of the legal department of one of our international banking clients on September 20. Paul and Mike were assisted by Bill Tanenbaum and Alan Kolod. This is the third CLE presentation on new Article 12 in which Moses Singer has participated, including one hosted by PLI and another by the New York City Bar Association. These presentations are the result of the extensive participation of Mike Avidon and Alan Kolod in the drafting process for the proposed 2022 UCC Amendments and the efforts of the New York City Bar to have the 2022 Amendments enacted in New York.
