In the Summer of 2021, David Lackowitz and Zaid Shukri obtained a multi-million-dollar post-trial fraud verdict in Delaware Chancery Court.  On April 6, 2023, following extensive post-trial briefing, the presiding Vice Chancellor granted Moses Singer’s application to shift fees based on the defendants’ bad faith conduct and awarded the Firm’s client reimbursement of all legal fees and expenses incurred in the matter, a span covering more than five years.
