Launched in 2019 by NVCA, Venture Forward, and Startup@BerkeleyLaw at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, VC University provides practical, business-oriented training on venture finance for entrepreneurs, investors, attorneys, and others involved in emerging company finance.  The program focuses on issues ranging from key areas of concerns for startups (including formation, management and funding) to advanced topics in venture capital, and draws on the depth of knowledge of numerous professors, entrepreneurs and investors.
