The New York City Bar issued a Report endorsing New York’s enactment of the Uniform Law Commission’s 2022 proposed new technologies and digital assets amendments (Amendments) to the New York Uniform Commercial Code.

The Report, including the proposed New York version of the Amendments, was prepared by a subcommittee of the City Bar’s Commercial Law and Uniform State Laws Committee chaired by Alan Kolod of Moses Singer.  It was approved by the City Bar’s Digital Technologies Task Force, comprising 44 City Bar committees.
