Melissa H. Bassin is a Partner in Moses Singer’s Real Estate practice group. Melissa represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial leasing transactions. Her work includes the representation of financial institutions and other organizations in a wide range of matters affecting their real estate portfolios.

Melissa also advises clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. Her work spans diverse asset classes including office, retail, multi-family, and warehouse. 

Melissa has been selected as a rising star by Super Lawyer’s for her work in real estate law since 2018.

Melissa received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University in 2007 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 2011 where she was a member of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review and the International Moot Court Board. Ms. Bassin is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
