Avi will speak on the panel titled, "What You Need to Know About Restrictive Covenant Law and Regulation in 2026."

This panel will discuss key aspects of restrictive covenants and the laws that govern them. After attending this session, attendees will be able to:

• Understand the differences among noncompete agreements, nonsolicitation agreements, no-recruit, nondisclosure agreements, and the other types of restrictive covenants, and what standards apply to each
• Recognize the legitimate business interests each agreement can protect, including trade secrets, customer goodwill, and workforce stability, and what they may not or cannot protect
• Know how to review and assess a restrictive covenant agreement to determine its likely enforceability.
