We advise on IP protection for data and the risk of IP infringement in inputs and outputs in Generative AI and training data for AI models.  Because it is difficult to identify in advance the IP that will be created during vendor engagements, we help design procedures to allocate ownership and license rights as they are developed during the engagement.
