Howard A. Fischer was quoted in an April 5, 2022 Reuters article discussing Tesla owner Elon Musk and his recent purchase of 9% of Twitter. Former securities officials and professors  believe Musk may have missed a key disclosure deadline with regards to the purchase. Moreover, Mr. Fischer said “Arguably, his social media posts about potential alternatives to Twitter can be seen, in light of his previously undisclosed stake, as a form of market manipulation to affect the share price, but proving that seems difficult.”
