Howard Fischer was quoted in “Private Funds CFO” about the increasing pace of SPAC enforcement by the SEC. “When the SEC is inherently skeptical of a product, process, or vehicle, there is a tendency for them to be very careful in reviewing those transactions,” Fischer said. “I think we’ll see more enforcement actions, particularly in the next few months.”
