Howard A. Fischer was quoted in a November 15, 2022 article discussing how the recent fall of FTX will affect it's customers base.

“We just don’t know the extent of contagion,” said Mr. Fischer. “The first ring of victims are the people who had assets held in FTX…They are probably not going to be made whole, or anywhere close to it.”
