Howard Fischer will be a speaker at the New York State Bar Association’s hybrid conference: Web3 & The Metaverse: Preparing Your Practice & Clients for the Newest Digital Revolution conference "Why Do Lawyers Have to Care? Impacts on All Practice Areas" The conference will be held December 16 between 12:00pm - 5:00 p.m. at New York University.

This panel will analyze the impact of Web3, and explore what it means for attorneys and others, and will include discussion of the regulation of digital assets, the intellectual property implications, as well as practical impacts.
