Biography

Holly Clancy is a litigation associate at Moses Singer who focuses on complex commercial, regulatory, and securities matters. She represents companies and individuals in both state and federal court, as well as before arbitral tribunals. Her work includes regulatory inquiries, fraud-related investigations, and disputes involving financial institutions, lenders, and investment vehicles.

Before joining Moses Singer, Holly practiced in the New York office of a large international law firm. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Representative matters include:

  • Represented individual in SEC investigation involving alleged Regulation Best Interest violations, as well as in related arbitration proceedings
  • Represented global agriculture technology company in secured note enforcement action and related proceedings
  • Represented PPP lender in multi-pronged government investigation into lending practices and related False Claims Act allegations
  • Represented real estate investment fund in dispute arising from a convertible note issued by affordable housing developer
  • Represented foreign state-owned banks against Anti-Terrorism Act claims arising from alleged financing of designated foreign terrorist organizations
