Kenneth M. Kaufman will be speaking at the PLI Advanced Licensing Agreements 2022 CLE program, which will be held online on February 28 – March 1. Mr. Kaufman will be presenting on “Copyright and Content Licensing” at the segment on “Copyright, Content and Trademark Licensing” on Tuesday, March 1 from 9:00-10:15 a.m., and will also be moderating a mock negotiation and analysis of a complex content license agreement at the segment entitled “Plenary Session – Analysis of a Content License Agreement” from 1:15-2:15 p.m. (also on March 1).
