Devika Kewalramani will be speaking at the Celesq webinar entitled “Raising the Curtain: Risks of Playing Multiple Roles On the Ethical Stage”.

This program will explore the different roles lawyers play in the live entertainment industry. The discussion will include a lawyer’s ethical obligations to putative clients (and consider the definition of who constitutes a “client,” the representation of multiple clients’ interests, and the associated pitfalls of such representation). The different responsibilities lawyers have in navigating the interplay between the business side of the entertainment industry and the legal obligations upon a lawyer will also be addressed.
