Devika Kewalramani will be a speaker at PLI’s The Law and Business of Open Source Software 2023 at the session titled "Ethics for the Open Source Practitioner", to be held on February 8, 2023 from 4pm – 5:00pm.

This session will analyze various hypotheticals based on likely scenarios facing a technology lawyer who works in the OSS space. After completing this session, participants will be able to:

• · Understand their client obligations in using technology to support their legal practices
• · Properly communicate with adversaries in OSS transactions
• · Understand the role of privilege and confidentiality in OSS-related counseling and litigation matters
