Avi will speak on the "Overview of Restrictive Covenant Law and Regulation" panel.  

This panel will discuss the fundamentals of restrictive covenants and the laws that govern them including the following topics:

• What noncompete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, no-recruit, nondisclosure agreements, and the other types of restrictive covenants are, and what standards apply
• What each agreement can protect, including trade secrets, customer goodwill, and workforce stability, and what they may not or cannot protect
• How to review a restrictive covenant agreement to determine its likely enforceability.
