Liz Corradino is quoted in a Compliance Week article titled, "Election Rules Aimed to Curb AI Misuse May Serve as Regulatory Warning for all Advertisers."
With the upcoming presidential election, voters are concerned that artificial intelligence will be misused to change the outcome of the race. With the newly enacted state laws in 25 statues regulating the use of AI in elections, and with federal regulators playing catch up, Liz states “there is a greater risk because the tools are easily accessible and it’s easy to get false messages out there.” She continues by stating AI “could shape the political landscape of elections if we don’t put some guardrails around how generative AI is used and what disclosures need to be made.”
