Data as an asset and traditional and generative AI create business and legal risks that are not readily addressed by conventional legal methods used with other technologies and asset classes. The emerging field of preventive health care uses AI and data from medical devices and consumer wellness data. In addition, the regulatory landscape is rapidly changing. This conference will touch upon the best practices for negotiating or renegotiating health care technology agreements; addressing intellectual property issues; handling AI and data; and tackling privacy and data security challenges. The speakers will also address legal issues and new risks and potential solutions in the health care space, including over-the-horizon developments.
