Abraham (Avi) Y. Skoff will be a panelist at a 2 day webcast sponsored by the New York City Bar Association, entitled "Navigating the Law of Trade Secrets". The event will address the fundamentals of trade secrets law, along with a discussion of advanced current and emerging topics in trade secret and non-compete law, both in New York and nationally. The panels include several judges and leading practitioners involved in cutting edge trade secrets issues.  The webcast will be held September 9-10, 2021.

Mr. Skoff will be involved in addressing topics including “what is a trade secret” and emerging issues and trends in litigating damages in trade secrets cases.
