Moses & Singer LLP is pleased to announce that Kimberly Klein, Leader of the firm’s Employment Law and Employment Litigation Practice, was sworn in on October 28, 2026, as a member of the mediation panel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The oath was administered by Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke.

Kimberly’s appointment to one of the nation’s most prominent federal courts recognizes her legal experience and her commitment to helping parties resolve employment disputes through mediation. As a mediator, she will assist parties in exploring practical, effective resolutions to their employment disputes outside of traditional litigation.

Kimberly’s service as a federal court mediator adds value for the firm’s clients. Her experience on the neutral side of the table gives her firsthand insight into how disputes are evaluated, where cases tend to settle, and what moves parties toward resolution. Clients benefit from that perspective in assessing claims early and realistically, preparing effectively for court-ordered and private mediations, and pursuing efficient, cost-conscious outcomes, while knowing they have an experienced litigation team ready if a dispute cannot be resolved.

Moses & Singer congratulates Kimberly on this distinguished achievement and on her continued contributions to the legal profession.
