Howard A. Fischer was named by the New York State Bar Association’s International Section as the Section’s Vice Chair for Consular Affairs and Liaison to the NYC Mayor’s Office for International Affairs. In that role, he will be responsible for working with the NYC Mayor’s office and the international consular community to plan events and activities highlighting the international business and diplomatic communities centered in New York.
