Howard Fischer was quoted in an article by BTC-Echo on Sam Bankman-Fried’s appeal of his conviction.  Howard explained that much of Sam Bankman-Fried’s problems with the sentencing judge were of his own creation, arising out of his disregard of the conditions of his bail.
