Howard A. Fischer will speak on the panel, "Common Law, Common Ground: Irish Law as the Gateway to Europe," as part of the Ireland for Law Business Mission 2026, in partnership with the New York State Bar Association.

The discussion will examine how Ireland's position as the European Union's only English-speaking common law jurisdiction provides international businesses with a familiar legal framework while offering seamless access to the EU market. Panelists will also explore Ireland's sophisticated court system, regulatory environment, and role as a strategic forum for cross-border commerce and dispute resolution.
