He also counsels academic medical centers and other research organizations on negotiating research affiliations and commercial agreements. As counsel to companies and institutions in the healthcare and technology industries he regularly advises on matters related to HIPAA, HITECH, and state privacy laws.
Khaled also has significant experience representing early and growth stage life science, digital health, and technology companies in a wide variety of corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, and venture capital financing.
