Danny joined the firm in 2016, after receiving his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and an extern at the Federal Trade Commission’s Northeast Regional office. Prior to law school, Danny worked as a legal assistant in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm, where he worked on numerous multimillion-dollar transactions for a major private investment fund.
