Ike handles complex cases in the fields of general corporate, corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations, as well as internal investigations, white collar defenses, litigations and other dispute resolutions.

Ike also advises clients concerning defamation, privacy and publicity disputes and litigations.

Expanding his field into international legal matters in Japan, Korea and the United States, Ike has worked as foreign counsel at two major Korean law firms in Seoul, South Korea; a talent-related entertainment law firm in Los Angeles, California; and spent two years at the Bank of Japan in Tokyo, Japan.

Ike regularly lectures on corporate crisis management, whistleblower protection, defamation, copyright, social media risks, and U.S. litigation involving e-discovery and document retention policies.

In addition to his work with the firm, Ike has a separate law practice with Nozomi Sogo Attorneys at Law, a boutique law firm in Tokyo, Japan. The combination between Moses & Singer and Nozomi Sogo is a perfect liaison for Japanese companies facing legal issues extending over the US and Japan.
